I take Iso Flex Protein before a workout, then during I have 2 scoops of Extend, which is pure amino acids, and then when I am done I take another shake of Iso Flex. Please give me advice, and proper vitamins to take, and things like that, very appreciated.

My name is Justin Penner, as you already know. I was asking people's opinion on supplements. I will put a list of supplements, and vitamins I take. I was wondering if you could put your input on what supplements I should take, and which ones benefit you, and how. I am also considering taking creatine, please put your advice/input in the comments below.

I don't take any supplements but I eat a lot white meat instead of red, white meat gives you lots of protein which helpes to gain more muscles.

I take nothing and have been going to the gym regularly for five years now. I used to do protein but I just changed it to eating the right stuff. I even did P90x without any supplements and got good results. Not saying that these won't help though.
I take a ton of vitamins and powders (in my smoothies). Feels good. Thanks.

Be careful with supplements! Many companies add hormones to increase the results, but this ruins your health!

Creatine could be a good idea.
So far I'm only taking whey, but thinking about N.O. Xplode.

a couple of my roommates take dietary supplements for building, but neither of them take creatine
I was never a fan of supplements. I feel like only sick and old people need extra vitamins!

I take some daily vitamins. That's pretty much the extent of my medicine intake unless I get sick.
Honestly never tried supplements. When I work out I just eat steak, lots of steak.
I workout with my girlfriend. No supplements, no whey, flax, omega-3... Just good ol' fashioned sex. =P
My brother is training and he take some supplements, gotta say it work.
I'd highly suggest eating more whole foods.
As a teenager only a few supplements should be looked into. Nothing too hardcore.

protein and createin are just fine for teen supplements
I often wonder if supplements are actually necessary, assuming one is one a proper diet. However I have thought about using them but of course I need to actually work out regularly.
I usually just drink some protein shake after I work out, I tried createin, It made me sweat like a beast haha, but not what I was looking for.
I will have to keep tabs on this - seems interesting!
I usually drink Muscle Milk after a workout.But what your doing is good to keep doing what your doing if it helps.
I don't take anything, although I should start with a multi-vitamin...
