more weight and less reps, you should be maxing out at 6-8 reps
change the leg press for squats and add some type of military press/shoulder press

Pretty impressive. Are those your maximums, or just your regular workout plan?

Like Cameron said try more weight but less reps, that's more effective.

As said before, if you are looking to gain weight, more weight and less reps. if you are looking to tone then those weights seem to be ok.

Squats and military press are important lifts. I break my lifting schedule into groups of 2. 2 lifts then I jump on for 2 min on a cardio machine such as the rowing machine. It goes like this, 2 lifts cardio 2 lifts cardio 2lifts cardio. I like to change my lifts up every session to keep the fun alive other wise the routine is boring!

Just don't forget that you stop growing in height when you lift weights.
